James Middleton commenced his career in advertising sales, market research and management consultancy. Following this, he has worked in international sales for over 20 years.  He held board level positions at a number of small to medium sized organisations operating in the cosmetics and natural healthcare sectors.

 

James has a sustained record of achievement in general management operating across global markets. He has specialised in international sales & marketing strategy, distributor management and business development.

 

In his last two positions at Original Additions Beauty Products and Nelsons Natural Healthcare, he generated average annual double digit growth in international markets.

 

James is extremely experienced in developing strategies for exploiting both existing and new international markets to drive sales and deliver P&L growth.

ANDY MEEHAN - Associate Director/Business Advisor

Andy Meehan is an Experienced Chairman/Non-executive Director/Consultant.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has almost 30 years’ executive experience mainly in retail and consumer products.

 

Andy has been Chairman of a number of private equity-backed companies in retail and consumer products ranging from turnaround and restructuring (St Tropez) to growth and successful exit (GHD and Original Additions Beauty Products).

He has also been an Independent NED at Fortnum and Mason, Finance Director at Selfridges and Mothercare and Chief Executive of Co-operative Retail Services.

 

Andy’s wealth of experience is invaluable to companies looking to structure and develop their businesses for expansion both in the UK and overseas.

PATRICIA MCMEEKAN - Marketing Consultant

Patricia McMeekan has worked in the PR & Marketing sector for many years at advertising agencies including D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles (now part of Publicis) and as Marketing Director for a number of privately owned companies.

 

Patricia is highly experienced in market research and the development of marketing and PR plans to underpin product launches and business expansion.
